Build & Integration
Setup and build fees are paid upfront before work begins. We handle everything: knowledge base ingestion, avatar training, presentation scripting, CRM integration, and deployment. You provide the materials and the access. We do the rest.

Ongoing Management
Every active deployment is managed by Standin on a monthly retainer. We monitor performance, optimize the system, update the knowledge base, and handle any issues. Your system stays current without any effort on your end.

Standin operates with a limited number of active clients. This is a feature, not a limitation — it's what allows us to deliver the quality the pricing demands. Here's what that means in practice.
- White-glove onlyWe don't offer self-serve software, off-the-shelf templates, or plug-and-play products. Every deployment is custom-built and actively managed.
- Standin retains the systemThe platform, infrastructure, and AI systems are owned and operated by Standin. Clients license the deployment — not the underlying technology.
- Qualified clients onlyWe work with established businesses with real volume, existing materials to train on, and the budget to do AI properly — typically $1M+ in revenue.
- Capacity is limitedWe cap active engagements to protect quality. If capacity is full when you reach out, we'll let you know honestly rather than overcommit.
